    • What is Lease to Own/Lease Option? 
      Typically, Lease to own is done with no bank qualifying.  The Tenant-Buyer makes monthly lease payments with seller financing for term of 12-36 months.  The Lease option comes into effect when the Tenant-Buyer exercises their option to purchase the home.  Our Lease to Own program opens up home buying opportunities to many prospective home owners who find it increasingly difficult to establish the right credentials for obtaining an initial conventional mortgage.
